On July 21, 2026, Alpha Plus Co., Ltd. and The Building Owners' Committee of The Dragon Castle Condominium held a ceremony to sign the operation management service contract for the term 2026–2029. This milestone marks Alpha Plus’s successful transition from being the managing agent appointed by the Developer to becoming the trusted choice of residents.

At the Meeting, Alpha Plus impressively received 98.2% approval votes, with 51.1% of unit owners who had already taken handover participating. This participation rate exceeded the minimum threshold of 50% of handed over apartments as required by law.
