CHRISTMAS & LUNAR NEW YEAR DECORATION PROGRAM

The Christmas and Lunar New Year Decoration Program is organized to bring a joyful festive atmosphere, create opportunities for community connection, and contribute to building a civilized and happy living environment for residents.

Year-end festive activities not only beautify the living space but also help residents create warm and meaningful memories together.

During this special season, the management team organizes various activities for residents living in the building:

Christmas Activities

• Decorating the Christmas tree at the apartment lobby

• Santa Claus giving gifts to children

• Music performances, dance shows, and Christmas choir activities

Lunar New Year Decoration Activities

• Decorating the lobby and surrounding areas with apricot blossoms, peach blossoms, lanterns, and traditional red couplets

• Creating traditional Tet-themed photo spots for residents

• Hanging lanterns and decorating common areas with spring-themed decorations

• Workshop activities for making traditional Vietnamese Bánh Chưng and Bánh Tét cakes
