Public areas such as basements, main lobbies, community rooms, children’s playgrounds, and multi-purpose rooms are among the most frequently used spaces by residents. However, these areas can easily become dull or stained through daily use and constant foot traffic.
Therefore, ALPHA has launched the “Living with Art” program by creating mural paintings in these shared spaces at projects such as First Home Bình Dương and Natural Poem (the program will be implemented upon approval from the Management Board).
“Living with Art” is a journey of spreading creativity, nurturing positive emotions, and strengthening community connections through the beauty of art.
This activity provides residents and children with opportunities to participate in and experience artistic painting activities, bringing meaningful educational, community, and environmental values:
Inspiring Children’s Creativity
Children are encouraged to freely express their imagination, emotions, and perspectives through painting. This helps develop creative thinking and self-confidence.
Creating a Healthy and Meaningful Playground
Instead of spending excessive time on electronic devices, children can participate in artistic, interactive, and community-based activities.
Strengthening Community and Family Bonds
When parents and children join together, the program helps strengthen connections among families within the residential community and fosters a friendly neighborhood spirit.
Beautifying Living Spaces
Colorful artworks help transform common areas into more vibrant, welcoming, and inspiring spaces.
Promoting Community Awareness
Through themes such as environmental protection, friendship, family, and urban civility, children can develop a stronger sense of responsibility toward the place they live.
Creating a Unique Identity for the Community
Murals created by resident children give the residential area a distinctive character while increasing residents’ sense of pride and belonging.
Spreading Positive Values
Community art activities reflect the management team’s care for the spiritual and emotional well-being of residents, especially children.
